At present our pens are full, but the cats may still be going through their neutering and vaccination programmes.  If you are seriously thinking about adopting a cat, you will need to complete a homing questionnaire, and speak to our welfare team who will help to identify a suitable companion for you.

Please call 07824560810  or 01643 653053 for more information on adopting a cat.

Please note that if you are interested in adopting a kitten you should contact the Branch.   Have you however considered an older cat? Their personalities are already established, and most of them are very affectionate and grateful for a warm home, a lap to sit on and regular food and comforts. We have homed some beautiful older cats this year to lovely owners who have looked past a cute kitten, which is very gratifying.

Taunton and Wellington CP shops.
Opening times may vary so please phone beforehand and speak to a person rather than the machine before travelling.
Telephone 01823 331309 for Taunton and 01823 663455 for Wellington.

If you have a large quantity of goods to donate (more than a couple of black sacks) please telephone first and make sure you speak to a person rather than leave a message on the machine. Storage space can be limited and goods may need to be quarantined.  We are now able to accept small electrical items at out Taunton shop, but do please call first to discuss.

Thank you to the lovely people who donate food to us. This is shared among both the cats in our care and the many feral cats that we feed regularly.

We are always looking for homes for feral cats on smallholdings, farms, stables, nurseries etc.  Here is the environmentally friendly solution to rodent control - no dangerous chemicals, but efficient hunters who just get on with the work.  Our ferals will have been neutered, blood tested for FIV/FeLV and flea/worm treated.  All they require in return is some shelter and a regular food supply, and they will keep the rodent population down.

Cat Pen Sponsorship

Hungry, homeless and alone, so many unwanted cats arrive at our Branch.

Sponsoring one of our cat pens is one of the best ways you can help, providing them with shelter, warmth, food, medical care and the love they need to prepare them for adoption.

It's easy to become a sponsor right now, for as little as 19p a day.

To get started, just choose the cat and pen you'd like to sponsor from the gallery here:  www.cats.org.uk/twbr
